I can’t even begin to explain to you the constant pain I felt in my back. After being

They are super-easy to trim. The material is flexible, and they work with any pair of shoes. You don’t even have to worry about what size to get because they are one-size-fits-all.
My suggestion is to trace your foot at first. If you happen to trim a bit too big, it’s no big deal. You can keep trimming them until you feel they are the perfect fit.
